Good questions. Simple answers.

Before your first plié.

A few things you might be wondering about beginner ballet in Nampa.

Do I need dance experience?

Not at all. These classes are for beginners. You do not need to know ballet vocabulary, have a dance background, or feel graceful before you arrive.

Are there classes for children and teens?

Youth and teen beginners are welcome. A parent or guardian can contact Annemarie with the dancer’s age range to ask about a suitable class and availability.

When and where are classes?

Classes take place every Friday in Nampa, Idaho. Contact Annemarie for the current class times, exact venue address, and the best group for your young dancer’s age and experience before you visit.

What should I wear to my first class?

Choose comfortable clothing that lets you move freely and bring water. Ask Annemarie about footwear and any class-specific clothing guidance before buying dancewear. No pointe shoes are needed for a beginner try-out.

How much do classes cost?

The current options are $50 per month or $15 for a single class, with one free try-out class for new students. Ask Annemarie about availability and enrollment details.

How do I book my free first class?

A parent or guardian can use the contact form to ask about a free first class for their child or teen. Annemarie will reply with details and availability. A form submission is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking.

Do beginners learn on pointe?

This site is about starting with ballet foundations, not pointe training. You do not need pointe shoes to begin. Ask Annemarie about the right footwear for your class.
